Los Angeles Chargers center Tyler Biadasz was carted off the field Tuesday during a joint practice with the San Francisco 49ers after 49ers defensive tackle Sebastian Valdez fell into his left leg during an 11-on-11 drill. Biadasz remained down for nearly five minutes while trainers attended to him and could not put weight on the leg before being helped onto a medical cart. Rookie second-round pick Jake Slaughter took over reps at center. There is no word yet on severity, a significant concern for a Chargers team that signed Biadasz to a three-year, $30 million deal to stabilize the interior line in front of Justin Herbert.
