The New York Giants are signing free agent running back Najee Harris to a one-year deal, a day after he worked out for the team. Harris rushed for at least 1,000 yards in each of his first four seasons with the Steelers and made the Pro Bowl as a rookie in 2021, but is coming off an Achilles tear that ended his 2025 season with the Chargers. He joins a crowded New York backfield that already features Cam Skattebo and Tyrone Tracy Jr., with Devin Singletary also in the mix, and is not guaranteed a featured role.
